Eating in: Maggi Pancake

Cook the simplest meal today, instant noodle pancake!
  • a packet of instant noodle
  • an egg


1. Cook the instant noodle until al dente
2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and pour in the MSG


3. Drain the noodle and mix well with the egg.
4. Heat up pan with a dash of oil (I used non-stick pan, no oil needed)



5. Pan fry on both side like pancake
6. Serve hot, with chili sauce or Thai chili sauce
