I was watching Oprah Winfrey Show (as usual) and the guest of the day was Hilary Swank. Hilary was there to show support for women who loss hair when undergoing chemotherapy. She wanted to donate 8-inches of her hair to women who needed wig. It was really inspiring to any viewers who was watching that show because things as simple as hair, can help hundreds of people. It truly proves that money isn't everything that one wants. At the end of the show, Hilary talked about her upcoming film (show dated in Oct/Nov), PS I Love You. Being captivated by her passion to help women on that show, I gave the movie a shot.

The story is about Holly (Swank) who was widowed after Gerry's (Butler) passing. However, being the oh-so-loving Gerry, he wrote her a series of letters to Holly. These letter were sent to Holly in startle ways, to help get through her grief. Her close friends helped and brought her to disco and to Ireland. At the same time, there were flashbacks about how Holly and Gerry met. Months later, Holly finally rediscover herself and got along with her new life.
I would say women would like this genre better than man. It's kinda soapy. This movie is adapted from a novel written by Cecelia Ahern. I have not read the book yet. Though, I have read a similar book, Anybody Out There written by Marian Keyes.
