Eating in: Pasta

Yesterday, I invited Hui Bao over for dinner. It's been a while since I cook her something. I went to Jusco to get some fresh ingredients for my pasta.



4 slices of ham (or minced meat), cubed
1 fresh green capsicum, cubed
handful of button mushroom, cubed
half a bottle of Barilla pasta sauce
spaghetti
paprika powder
salt & pepper
olive oil
  1. Cook spaghetti until al dente. Leave aside on plate
  2. Heat up olive oil and fry the ham till crisp
  3. Next, stir fry the capsicum. You may want to add in more olive oil now
  4. Lastly, add in the mushroom and pasta sauce
  5. Add in paprika, salt and pepper, to taste
  6. Scoop out and top it over the pasta. Serve hot
After cooking, we were too into the pasta jor and I forgotten to snap photo of the finished product, haha. It tasted really good, even my mom came over for a mouthful :p
